PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 1-3 days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan deliveries are received next day, where the order is received between Monday - Friday and prior to midday. Popular styles many be an additional 2-3 working days as SJK personally will be hand making your item due to low stock levels. But you will be notified via your order confirmation as to if your item will be made to order or not.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@sarahjaneknapp.com.
All orders are processed within 24-48. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For shipping within Australia, we use EXPRESS Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel at http://auspost.com.au/track/
Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to receive the delivery in person between 9am and 5pm.
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at info@sarahjaneknapp.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, SJK accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
